Possible Cause: No power to the controller.
Check there is power to the Power Point.
If okay check to see if the power adaptor plug is plugged into the power point and switched on.
If okay check to see if the Power Adaptor is plugged in correctly to the controller.
If okay check to see if there is power coming out of the Power Adaptor.
If no power, a new Power Adaptor will need to be ordered.
Symptom: Display is too dark/light
Possible Cause: Incorrect setting.
Continuously press the Display Brightness button until the desired light level is achieved.
Symptom: Cannot turn the alarm off when pressing the Snooze button
Possible Cause: Snooze presses have been reached.
The Snooze button can only be used three (3) times. After the third time, the alarm can only be turned off by pressing the Alarm On/Off button.
Symptom: The Alarm does not sound when the set Alarm time has been reached
Possible Cause: The Alarm was not set to Sound.
When setting the Alarm and the Audible Alarm is required, the Alarm On/Off button must be set to On.
This is indicated by the Bell Icon showing on the LCD. If there is no Bell Icon showing, the Alarm will not sound.
Possible Cause: The incorrect time was set.
Check to see that A.M. or P.M. is set correctly on the Clock time and the Alarm time.
Symptom: No Indicator Lights come on when the Auto Cycle Start Button is pressed
Possible Cause: The Alarm “Wakeup” time has not been reached.
Wait until 12 minutes prior to the Alarm Set Up Time has been reached.
Possible Cause: The controller is in the 2 minute delay period.
When pressing the Auto Start Cycle (snooze) button for “Sleeping” mode, there is a delay of 2 minutes before the cycle starts.
After 2 minutes, the indicator light will illuminate.
Symptom: The Sleeping and Waking mode operates everyday but you only want it to operate on either weekdays or weekends
Possible Cause: Incorrect Alarm Day is set.
Set the Alarm Day to:
“ALL” for everyday of the week operation
“WD” for weekdays only
“WE” for weekends only
Symptom: 3 Short beeps are heard when pressing the ’Auto Cycle Start" (snooze) button
Possible Cause: The Alarm Set Day is not correct. To use the Auto Cycle Mode, the Alarm Set Day must match the actual type of day i.e. Weekday (WD) or Weekend (WE)
If the ’Auto Cycle Start” (snooze) button is pressed on a weekday, but the Alarm set day is set to “WE” for a weekend, the auto cycle will not start.
Reset the Alarm Day to “WD”
If the ’Auto Cycle Start” (snooze) button is pressed on a weekend, but the Alarm set day is set to “WD” for a weekday, the auto cycle will not start.
Reset the Alarm Day to “WE”
Symptom: Three Long Beeps
Possible Cause: This indicates that the Auto Cycle has been started.
This is correct and not a fault.
Symptom: 2 Short beeps are heard when pressing the ’Auto Cycle Start" (snooze) button.
Possible Cause: This is indicating that there is not enough time set between the Sleeping and waking functions when in Auto Mode.
When using only “Waking” in Auto mode, there must be at least 12 minutes from when the Auto Cycle Start (snooze)button is pressed to the Alarm Set time.
Less than 12 minutes, the cycle will not start indicated by the 2 short beeps.
When using both “Sleeping” and “Waking” in Auto mode, there must be at least 26 minutes from when the Auto Cycle Start (snooze)button is pressed to the Alarm Set time.
Less than 26 minutes, the cycle will not start indicated by the 2 short beeps.
Symptom: 1 Short Beep is heard
Possible Cause: This is indicating that either the Relax or Revive mode has completed.
This is correct and not a fault.
Symptom: Cannot change from Relax to Revive or Revive to Relax just by pressing the On / Off button.
Possible Cause: Already in either Relax or Revive mode.
You must exit out of one mode before you can select another mode.
If in Relax mode (Moon and Star icon) press the Relax button to turn this mode Off.
If in Revive mode (Sun Icon) press the Revive button to turn this mode Off.
